Promenade in Pobierowo during its construction was the subject of a small legend – the investment worth several million zlotys was to be of Hollywood standard, according to the designers.
Previously, the street was very inconvenient for tourists, especially on bikes. Grunwaldzka, which is the center of the town and a mecca for cafes and shops, caused many hours of stress for officials, because it was problematic not only for users of two wheels but also for four. However, the reconstruction corrected most of the defects.
Play areas for children, fencing off the promenade from car traffic, special bicycle paths and many places to organize performances and festivals - all this was aimed at extending the season and making the place itself very convenient for tourists.
Thanks to this, today's Grunwaldzka Street is the heart of the entire Pobierowo, offering ideal places for the whole family - from youth clubs to restaurants and cafes for the whole family. The appearance itself is stunning and makes for a very pleasant walk - it is worth going there!
