§ 1. Data Administrator

  1. The administrator of personal data collected via the website is the company Bałtyk Resort Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in: Saperska Street 21, 72-344 Rewal, Tax Identification Number: 857-193-55-38, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".

§ 2. Purposes and Basis of Processing The Administrator processes personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Fulfillment of the contract: making a reservation and managing your stay (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

  2. Fulfillment of legal obligations: including issuing invoices and bookkeeping (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

  3. Contact and marketing: responding to inquiries and marketing of own services (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller or Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR – consent).

  4. Security assurance (Monitoring): protection of persons and property through video surveillance on the premises (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR). Recordings are stored for no longer than necessary for security purposes or investigations.

§ 3. Data Recipients Personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of the Controller, including:

  • Providers of IT, hosting and reservation systems.

  • Online payment operators (to process transactions).

  • Entities providing accounting, legal and marketing services.

  • Authorities authorized to receive data under the law.

§ 4. User Rights Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, transfer, and object to their data. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

  2. As part of analytics and marketing, the Administrator may use services provided by external entities, such as: Google (Google Analytics) and Finish (Facebook Pixel).
